Von wegen "LIFETIME" (Nicht wundern hier war vorher ChatGPT Pro Lifetime Team) keinen Monat gehalten und Garantie laut Support nur 22 Tage (bisschen komisch bei LIFETIME) und mit der Antwort wurde das Ticket dann auch sofort geschlossen, man könne nichts tun. Nichtmal nen Plus Ersatz bekommen wenn Pro schon rausgenommen wird und trotz angeblicher lebenslänglicher Laufzeit nach weniger als nem Monat nicht mehr geht. Leider enttäuscht dieses mal, auch weil ich jetzt nen Plus Account gekauft habe und seit Stunden mich nicht anmelden kann weil ich den Verifizierungscode brauche und mein Ticket seit Stunden offen ist und nicht weiter bearbeitet wird nachdem ich den Zahlungsnachweis geschickt habe wozu ich aufgefordert wurde. (FEEDBACK WURDE IM DISCORD ZUSÄTZLICH AUCH NOCH GELÖSCHT WIE ICH EBEN SEHEN MUSSTE 😉)

2 Accounts gekauft. Beide nach paar Tagen kein Premium mehr. Erster wurde ersetzt bei dem zweiten warte ich noch drauf da es laut Support Probleme gibt. Ersatz vom ersten Account nach 6 Tagen schon wieder kein Premium mehr. Das stell ich mir nicht vor wenn ich 6 Monate kaufe. Keine Empfehlung leider. Schade, dass das Feedback schon wieder vom Discord gelöscht wurde. Darum nochmal. Transparenz und Authentizität sind wichtig also lasst es doch einfach so stehen Leute... Ihr habt doch trotzdem saumäßig viele positive Feedbacks verstehe nicht warum so etwas dann gelöscht wird damit es keiner sieht 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had a terrible experience. The support team was rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to fix their own mistake. I was given the wrong subscription, and instead of correcting it, they left me to deal with the issue on my own. No replacement, no accountability, and no concern for the customer. Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
